Have an issue with your product(s), we are here to help. Please email us right away at: hello@abronztail.com. Since we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason, you must email us first. We are happy to review and recommend our expert tips to ensure you can get the best results. Everyone is guarenteed to get results. Results will vary and are subjective to preparation and lifestyle. Email us with any questions at: hello@abronztail.com
If there has been an error on our behalf and you have received something different than what was ordered, please let us know by email at: hello@abronztail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. A return label will be issued to send back the items. Once we have confirmation of the items being returned, we will at that time process a new order.
If you experience a reaction of any sort or are not satisfied with the results from using the product, please email us right away at: hello@abronztail.com (This must be within 14 days of your order) We will review with you the recommended preparation and application process to ensure optimal results and offer any helpful tips. Refunds will be issued on case-by-case basis.
Unopened orders can not be returned. In this case, we kindly ask you to give it away, or to keep it and use it! If you are unsure of what products to order and would like to know more about our products and how they work, please email us at: hello@abronztail.com. We love to help.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email to hello@abronztail.com
- We will issue you a return label via email for you to print and attach to the box.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Please properly and carefully package the products, by reattaching or placing tape around the top of the bottle, where it screws on. Be sure there is adequate paper or packing to avoid rocking/movement during shipping.
Additional Information:
- Your refund will be completely processed upon us receiving the package.
- The full amount minus the shipping charges will be returned to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
